Primary Responsibilities Voice Analyst
- Conduct structured outbound calls and send structured outbound emails to confirm or collect missing project data in a timely manner (including follow-ups after voicemail).
- Review, interpret, and validate information from construction documents and external sources, including business articles, permits, RFPs, specifications, zoning approvals, meeting minutes, and agendas.
- Validate complex project attributes, including scope, valuation, timelines, and stakeholder roles, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Draft clear, concise, and professional emails requesting specific information or clarifications from stakeholders.
- Update IRIS and other internal systems with validated and verified information.
- Identify data errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate projects; resolve independently or escalate as appropriate.
- Adhere to established SOPs, naming conventions, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain accountability for performance metrics, including accuracy, timeliness, and productivity across multiple data-collection methods.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
