Junior Admission counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Junior Admission Counselor. The role involves providing expert advice and counseling to prospective students regarding study opportunities in Germany. Daily responsibilities include understanding student profiles, guiding them on university selections, assisting with the application process, and addressing their queries about admissions, visas, and related procedures. A Junior Admission Counselor also contributes to building relationships with clients while ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
• Proficiency in customer service to address student concerns and provide timely assistance
• Sales acumen to promote services and achieve admissions targets
• Knowledge or experience in the education sector and understanding international academic procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
