Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Junior Admission Counselor. The Junior Admission Counselor will assist prospective students by managing inquiries, providing detailed information about programs, and guiding them through the admissions process. Responsibilities include conducting information sessions, collaborating with teams to meet admissions goals, and ensuring exceptional support to both students and their families. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse set of individuals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and team members
• Customer Service and Sales expertise to provide excellent support and meet admissions targets
• Knowledge or experience in Education-related fields to guide potential students effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in admissions or a related role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred
• English Fluent.
