- Provide administrative support to project teams and senior management
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital)
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes (MoMs)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for staff
- Support procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper utilization of office resources
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents
