Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to project teams and senior management
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital)
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes (MoMs)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for staff
  • Support procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Maintain inventory and ensure proper utilization of office resources
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents
