We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Admin &
Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the
Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess good communication
skills, strong documentation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications & good prompt AI . This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh
graduates and young professionals to gain direct exposure to business operations
and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support to MD.
● Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and
follow-ups.
● Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain Minutes of Meetings
(MOMs).
● Track action items and ensure timely closure through regular follow-ups.
● Assist in travel arrangements and scheduling as required.
● Preparing draft documents as communicated by MD.
● Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and business documents.
● Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and management reports.
● Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of information.
● Create and manage documentation processes to improve operational
efficiency.
Administrative Management
● Maintain and organize company records, files, and important documents in
coordination with senior Admin & Hr.
● Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for
information gathering and updates.
● Support day-to-day administrative and office coordination activities.
● Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and management reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Good understanding, comprehension, and analytical abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● High attention to detail and documentation standards.
● Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills.
● Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination,
executive assistance, or office management will have an added advantage.
● Ability to work directly with senior management and handle confidential
information with discretion.
● Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
