Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Junior HR & Admin to join our dynamic team at Nobero. This multi-faceted role involves hands-on execution across HR Operations, Office Administration, and Basic IT Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Portal Management: Own the end-to-end data entry and updates on the HR Portal/HRMS, including setting up Onboarding details for new hires and processing Exit details for departing employees. Ensure new hires are promptly set up with company email IDs, software credentials, and basic security access
  • Data Integrity: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date employee personal files (both physical and digital) ensuring 100% data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Retail & Offline Support: Act as the primary HR bridge for offline retail stores—coordinating daily attendance, managing remote onboarding activities, and ensuring timely creation of ID cards and uniform distribution
  • Screening & Recruitment Support: Utilize basic hiring knowledge to screen resumes, conduct initial candidate screening, and support the recruitment pipeline
  • Background Verification (BGV): Initiate, track, and manage the end-to-end background verification process for selected candidates to ensure compliance with company hiring policies
  • Vendor & Invoice Management: Liaise with vendors regarding rental invoices, facility maintenance, and compliance documentation
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, track workplace inventory levels, and raise timely requests for office supply replenishment
  • Facility Support: Assist in internal facility-related coordination to maintain a smooth working environment
  • Employee IT Provisioning: Partner with IT vendors and internal technical teams to coordinate the allocation of laptops, peripheral accessories, and system/tool accesses
  • Asset Tracking: Diligently maintain the IT asset register, ensuring precise records of hardware handovers, returns, and current status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, administration, or generalist coordination roles

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (data tracking, basic formulas)
  • Familiarity with HRMS/HR portals and general office collaboration tools

Domain Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of payroll processes
  • Vendor management knowledge
  • Background Verification (BGV) protocols
  • Awareness of statutory compliances (PF/ESIC)
