Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Junior Accounts Executive. The Junior Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include managing invoices, reconciliations, vendor communications, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Collaboration with internal teams to support financial planning and budgeting will also be a part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Experience with GST, TDS compliance, and statutory filings is a plus
