Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and journal entries, using Zoho Books.
- Prepare and generate financial statements such as Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements periodically.
- Create and manage invoices, ensuring accurate updates in CRM and accounting systems.
- Prepare and file GST returns every month, and TDS returns every quarter.
- Generate Form 16 and ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, incentives, and payslip generation.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
