Job Description: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

About the Role

We are hiring a CPA to manage accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting for US-based clients. This role suits both early-career and experienced professionals looking to work on end-to-end accounting and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements as per US GAAP
• Handle tax filings and compliance for US clients
• Support/lead month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and reports
• Communicate with clients and provide financial insights
• Improve processes and follow best practices
• Mentor junior team members (for experienced candidates)

Qualifications

• US CPA (mandatory)
• 1–5+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP, taxation, and compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, SAP
• Exposure to US/international clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
