Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant

Please Note: Only Candidates with 1-2 years of experience should apply.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Accountant for our E-Commerce services division. The position requires 1-2 years of experience in accounting, statutory audit, and taxation. Candidates having some experience in e-commerce domain and knowledge of e-commerce accounts reconciliations will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance of Books of Accounts, BRS, Preparation of Financial Statement & Finalization of Accounts

Monthly deposit & Return and Reporting

Bank Transactions Updation to Accounts System

GST Filing & liasoning with Auditor/GST Office

Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

Payable/Receivable Follow-up

Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly

Month-end and year-end closing

Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant

Assist in completing audits

Generate reports of financial status information

Calculate payroll taxes

Office Administrative Support

Communication & Liason with Stakeholders

Ability to oversee overall admin process Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain a filing system and protects confidential customer information.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Specialization in Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Audits.

Knowledge of latest accounting IT software(s) and tools(s) like Zoho books, Busy.

Expertise in advanced MS Excel is a must

Minimum 1-2 years of experience required

Ability to multitask effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Time management

Mathematical and deductive reasoning.
