A Junior Accountant supports the finance team by handling daily bookkeeping, processing transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting, payroll, and audits, ensuring accuracy in financial records under senior supervision. Key duties involve posting journal entries, managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing statements, and using accounting software like Excel for entry-level roles, providing foundational experience for career growth.
