Ethics & Responsible AI (ERAI) Fellowship - Media Cohort is a global initiative designed for journalists to navigate the rapidly evolving AI-driven information landscape. Focused on ethics, governance, accountability, and public trust, the program equips participants to critically assess AI systems and their societal implications. Using a blend of expert-led sessions, hands-on labs, and capstone projects, ERAI delivers practical insights to help journalists address real-world challenges in modern newsrooms. This initiative nurtures professional judgment to effectively address the responsibilities that arise as technology transforms public understanding.

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in New Delhi. The Junior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include reconciling accounts, assisting with audits and tax filings, processing invoices, managing payroll, and preparing reports for management review. The role requires strict attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain the organization's financial accuracy and integrity.

• Strong accounting skills including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Familiarity with tax compliance, audits, and financial regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate financial records
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in accounting or financial management is a plus
