A Junior Account Manager supports senior account managers in handling client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring successful delivery of products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use various technical tools to support account performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and relationship building

Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-specific reports

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, tech) to ensure accurate and timely project delivery

Track project progress using CRM and project management tools

Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate when required

Maintain updated client records, agreements, and workflow documentation

Prepare data summaries and basic analytics on account performance

Participate in client meetings and document action items

Identify potential upsell opportunities and share with senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or any related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills in english

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Experience in overseas market is a plus.
