Title: Junior Account Executive (Sales)
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience
Work mode: 5 days a week in office (Mon to Fri)
Evening Shift: 6 months from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, followed by 6 months from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
Salary - 9 LPA fixed + variables
Please note that we do not provide cab facilities. However, for women employees, we have a separate arrangement to ensure their safety. They will log off from the office at 9 PM, commute home, and continue working from there until the end of their shift.
Mission
Close a consistent monthly quota of new revenue by converting qualified sales opportunities into closed-won deals.
Responsibilities
- Own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through final decision
- Convert inbound and outbound sales-qualified leads into new revenue
- Run structured discovery calls and guide prospects to a clear outcome
- Manage a healthy, well-organized pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Engage daily with new prospects while advancing existing opportunities through follow-ups, audits, and stakeholder conversations
- Drive every opportunity to a conclusionclosed-won or closed-lostwithout letting deals stall
- Identify internal champions and navigate moderately complex SMB buying processes
- Apply qualification and deal frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC
- Create tailored presentations and follow-ups based on each prospect's business needs
- Adapt quickly as sales processes, tools, and team structures evolve.
Requirements
- Strong desire to become a disciplined, high-performing closer
- Comfort owning deals independently and being accountable to a monthly quota
- Experience or familiarity with SMB sales environments (inbound and outbound)
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Clear, direct communicator with high integrity and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working with evolving processes and fast-paced change
- Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
- Experience using CRM systems and basic sales frameworks is a plus
