Client Servicing, Account Executive

Role Overview

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day client interactions while ensuring smooth and timely execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires regular client communication, strong coordination with internal teams, and a clear understanding of brand and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, supporting day-to-day communication and ensuring timely responses to queries and requests.
  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their identity, values, target audience, and messaging, to support effective campaign execution.
  • Receive, decode, and translate client briefs into clear internal instructions for creative, media, SEO, and web teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on content and ensure client approvals are obtained before publishing across social media platforms.
  • Manage content scheduling and publishing across platforms in coordination with the social media team.
  • Prepare and maintain Job Status Reports (JSRs), trackers, and timelines, and share regular status updates with clients.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports, campaign reviews, and presentation decks for client discussions.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and internal brainstorming sessions to contribute to campaign planning and content calendars.
  • Support Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities, including monitoring, escalation, and coordination of responses.
  • Conduct routine hygiene checks and work closely with Media, SEO, and Web teams to ensure seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in a client servicing, account management, or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign workflows.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
