Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Academic Counselor located in Bhopal. The Junior Academic Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate courses, provide academic and career counseling, and assist in educational planning to help learners achieve their goals. Responsibilities include effectively communicating course offerings, understanding students individual needs, and supporting them throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide individuals in making informed decisions about their learning paths
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Academic Advising to facilitate educational growth and planning
• Familiarity with Education processes and programs to provide accurate and relevant guidance
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field
