Junior Academic Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Academic Counselor located in Ernakulam, Kerala. The Junior Academic Counselor will assist students in identifying and pursuing their educational and career goals. Daily responsibilities include one-on-one counseling with students, providing academic advising, guiding course selections, and offering support tailored to individual needs. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless educational journey for students.

Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers with good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues
• Excellent in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students towards their academic and professional goals
• Experience in Academic Advising and knowledge of Education systems and practices
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic and solution-oriented counseling
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with IT-related courses and career paths is an added advantage
