Junior 3D Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Junior 3D Motion Graphic Designer with hands-on knowledge of Blender and After Effects. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career designers who are passionate about 3D animation and want real-world experience working on marketing and video projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create basic 3D animations using Blender for videos, reels, ads, and branded content

Animate 3D text, logos, and simple objects

Set up basic lighting, materials, camera movement, and rendering in Blender

Use After Effects for:

Compositing Blender renders

Adding motion graphics, text, and simple effects

Preparing final videos for social media and ad formats

Work closely with the video and content team to execute assigned animation tasks

Make revisions based on feedback and improve output quality

Ensure timely delivery of assigned work

Required Skills & Eligibility

01 year experience or strong beginner-level knowledge in 3D animation and motion graphics

Hands-on experience with:

Blender for 3D modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering

After Effects for compositing and motion graphics

Basic understanding of:

Keyframe animation

Timing and motion

Camera movement

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve skills

Good to Have (Optional)

Basic video editing knowledge

Familiarity with social media formats (reels, ads, shorts)

Interest in learning advanced motion or 3D techniques

Role Clarification

This position focuses on 3D animation and motion graphics for video content using Blender and After Effects.

It does not involve static graphic design, posters, or print design work.
