Role & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of strong Java and React development experience.
- Strong experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands on experience working with caches like Redis.
- Strong cloud architecture experience preferably on GCS.
- Hands-on expertise in architecture, distributed systems, cache, scalable application design, and modern software design patterns.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, RESTful APIs, and observability platforms.
- Ability to work with other teams and be able to technically influence.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering teams across backend and frontend
- Drive engineering excellence, coding standards, and best practices across teams.
- Own production stability of the technology platforms using observability platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Operations groups to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive modernization initiatives such as microservices, event-driven architecture, API-first development, cloud adoption, and CI/CD automation.
- Lead troubleshooting complex production issues and ensure long-term systemic fixes.
