We're looking for a cinematically curious, digitally native video editor who is eager to learn how raw footage turns into powerful stories. From assisting on trailers and recaps to cutting reels, highlights, and branded digital content, this role is about learning narrative craft, rhythm, and platform- first editing under experienced creative leadership. If you love experimenting with cuts, sound and pacing and want to grow inside a fast-moving OTT and digital ecosystem, this is your launchpad.

• Learn and assist in editing long-form and short-form video.
• Support basic video enhancements, including colour correction, simple transitions, and sound adjustments.
• Gain hands-on exposure to YouTube editing best practices and content optimisation techniques.
• Work alongside the creative team to understand storytelling formats and editing styles.
• Assist in handling multiple editing tasks while learning time management and meeting deadlines
  

• 0-2 years of video editing experience through college projects, internships, personal work, or a completed video editing course.
• Basic working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN Editor, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong interest in video storytelling, music, pacing, and creative editing styles.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and short-form video trends.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and meet deadlines under guidance.
  

Your day starts with assisting with edits and organising footage.

By afternoon, you're cutting reels, learning rhythm, and refining timelines.

By evening, you've added real value to content that reaches thousands and learned something new with every cut.
