Jr. UI/UX Designer

Storepecker is a fast-growing eCommerce website builder platform that enables businesses to launch, manage, and scale their online stores with ease and affordability. As our product continues to evolve, we are expanding our design team and looking for a passionate Junior UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.

This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow alongside a product-led startup.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma (or similar tools)

Assist with and participate in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing initiatives

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design hand-offs

Help maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistency and scalability

Review user feedback and data insights to iterate and improve design outcomes

Stay informed about emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

02 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships and freelance work count)

Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory); familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus

A well-structured portfolio demonstrating user flows, responsive UI designs, and final prototypes

Solid understanding of UX principles, layout, accessibility, typography, and color theory

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand developer workflows (optional but preferred)

Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills

Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and receive feedback constructively

Nice to Have

Experience working on SaaS or eCommerce platforms

Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, or basic animation/prototyping tools
