Job Description

MIS (Management Information System):

  • Prepare
    daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports
  • Collect,
    clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources
  • Maintain
    trackers for headcount, productivity, attendance, leave, SLA, TAT
  • Create
    and maintain dashboards and management presentations
  • Analyze
    trends, gaps, and variances highlight risks and improvement areas
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Automate
    reports using Excel formulas, macros, or BI tools
  • Maintain
    proper documentation, version control, and audit readiness
  • Support
    internal and external audits with required MIS data

Analytical & Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and present
    insights
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Time management and deadline adherence
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc reporting requirements

Tools & Technologies:

  • MS Excel (Advanced): Pivot Tables,
    VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, charts
  • Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
  • WFM tools: Verint, Aspect, IEX, Kronos, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of SQL / databases (added
    advantage)
  • MS PowerPoint for management reporting

  • Headcount & Attrition
  • Productivity & Utilization
  • SLA & TAT Compliance
  • Shrinkage & Attendance
  • Forecast vs Actual analysis
  • Capacity & Demand variance
