Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to assist in managing and growing our clients social media presence. The role is ideal for someone who is creative, eager to learn, and interested in digital marketing and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories as per the content calendar
- Support in writing captions, hashtags, and basic copy for posts
- Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates
- Support campaign execution and daily social media activities
Requirements & Skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Good written communication skills
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Education
- Graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field (preferred)
