Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for our target audience and product offerings.
- Monitor competitor keyword strategies and identify gaps.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and images for search engines.
- Publish website content like blogs on WordPress.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting crawlability, indexability, and site performance.
- Identify and outreach to relevant websites, influencers, and publications for link opportunities.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
- Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree, preferrable in IT (any stream)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an SEO role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with IT Services or in a B2B digital marketing environment.
- Digital Marketing Course or Certifications.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO concepts, search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
