- Expert knowledge on Qlik (QlikView and QlikSense)
- Solid understanding of Data Operations and performance tuning.
- Azure DevOps knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Problem/ Issue- solving skills
- Previous work experience required
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with BI visualization tools, including designing and delivering complex, user-centric dashboards.
- Strong knowledge on debugging skills
- Admin. knowledge on tools strongly preferred.
- Advanced level of expertise in visualization tools with the ability to design custom reports.
- Language skills required
- English (Fluent)
- IT skills required
- Power BI - Advanced skills in report development, Administration, and Power BI Report Builder for paginated reports.
- Qlik (QlikView, QlikSense and N-Printing)
- ServiceNow - Hands-on experience in ticket management and service operations workflows.
- Azure DevOps expertise is preferred.
- Microsoft Office (mandatory) and Advanced Excel
- Basic knowledge on Databases, Experience in writing and optimizing SQL analytical queries for data exploration and reporting.
- Knowledge on any cloud platforms (Azure, AWS etc.,)
