Job Summary

• Support to end-to-end IT Asset lifecycle and Tech Lounge
• Employee onboarding/offboarding and PC refresh hardware distribution.
• Ensure to manage and maintain up-to-date records in IT inventory (ALCM/CMDB) and ensure quality is maintained by doing regular audits
• Support and deliver IT physical verification tasks with quality records, and coordinate with the internal team and auditors
• Support all the IT accessories requirements as well as the Vending machine operations
• Ensure appropriate forecast of hardware, distribution, and disposal is done on time.
• To provide day-by-day support for desktops and laptops, on-site or Remote Support to end-users for India locations. The normal working hours would be Indias general or EMEA shift
• Fundamental knowledge of MacOS, MAC hardware, Windows, and Mobile support
• Strong believer in innovation by coming up with new technology solutions and driving automation as and when needed
• Active participation in ongoing IT projects and meeting deadlines by completing tasks on time
• Effective documentation of processes, policies, and keeping them up to date
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines by multitasking

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Fundamentals of Windows 11 and the latest MacOS
• Microsoft Office O365 Suite
• Basic knowledge of endpoint hardware troubleshooting
• Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
• Virtual desktop (*AWS Workspace/VMware/Parallels)
• MDM, mobile device management (*AirWatch)
• McAfee / CrowdStrike / Encryption (*McAfee and Bitlocker)
• Endpoint Management tools: BCM / JAMF
• Process Automation Knowledge
• Scripting / Coding / PowerShell fundamentals
• Great communication & presentation skills
• Proactive in Innovation and Bringing new Ideas and Solutions
• O365 Suite, Trouble Shooting, Mac Os, Windows
