Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive measurable results and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, data analytics, and optimization techniques to enhance the overall performance of marketing campaigns. He/she should be well-versed in data-driven decision-making, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance monitoring.
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly generate and present detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.
  • Implement segmentation tactics to tailor marketing messages and creative assets for different audience segments.
  • Work closely with creative teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of performance marketing.

Key Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance optimization techniques.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
