We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our Bioassay Team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates having knowledge in method development for Cell Based assay, SPR, FACS and ELISA based methods for Biosimilar products.
Position Details:
- Experience Required: 6–10 years
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech in Life Sciences or related domain
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Expertise in Cell based assay method development, validation/qualification.
- Knowledge in Ligand binding assay on ELISA and SPR platform.
- Hands-on experience with instrument like: 96 Well plate-reader, SPR (T200 or 8K), Cell Counter, FACS.
- Experience in Process Related impurity method development and method validation study.
- Documentation Skills Required: Preparation of SOP, STP, MQP, MQR, MVP, MVR.
- Strong understanding of QMS and compliance with ALCOA++ principles.
