Job Description

Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (5 days a week)

Budget: 25K Per Month (On-Hand)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Support onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Support performance review documentation and follow-ups

Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information
  • Support statutory compliance documentation when required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 02 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with strong HR knowledge may apply)

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Basic knowledge of payroll or statutory compliance
  • Experience in employee engagement activities
