A professional services firm operating in the consulting and cross-border advisory sector, delivering client-facing communications, marketing collateral, and campaign creative for Indian and international audiences. We create high-impact visual content that supports sales, recruitment, and brand storytelling across digital and print channels.
We are hiring an on-site Junior Graphic Designer based in India to support a fast-paced creative teamowning execution of brand-aligned assets from concept through production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver on-brand creative assets for digital (social, web banners, email) and print (brochures, flyers, presentations) with consistent quality and file organization.
- Translate briefs into clear visual concepts; produce mockups, iterate with stakeholders, and finalize artwork for launch.
- Prepare print-ready files, manage bleed/margins/color profiles, and coordinate with vendors to ensure correct production specs.
- Maintain and update brand asset libraries, templates, and design systems in Figma/Canva to speed campaign execution.
- Create short-form animated or motion-ready assets for social platforms and support simple video edits when required.
- Support the marketing and consulting teams by delivering timely creatives, following feedback cycles, and tracking version history.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and print collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or Canva for templates and UI/asset handoffs.
- Working knowledge of print production and preparing print-ready artwork.
Preferred
- Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics.
- Experience creating short-form social animations and motion assets.
- Basic HTML/CSS familiarity for email and web asset implementation.
