Job Summary
We are looking for a motivatedJunior Digital Marketing Executiveto support our online marketing activities for real estate projects. The candidate will assist in generating leads, improving brand visibility, and managing digital platforms through various online marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executingdigital marketing campaignsfor real estate projects
- Manage and updatesocial media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create basic content for posts, ads, banners, and project promotions
- Run and monitorGoogle Ads & Meta Ads(lead generation campaigns)
- Coordinate with sales team to track and follow up on digital leads
- SupportSEO activitieslike keyword research, meta tags, and content updates
- Track daily/weekly campaign performance and prepare simple reports
- Handle website updates and landing pages (basic CMS knowledge preferred)
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends in real estate
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- Basic knowledge ofdigital marketing concepts
- Familiarity withsocial media platforms and online ads
- Understanding oflead generation and CRM basics
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge ofCanva / design toolsis a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in real estate digital marketing
Preferred Skills
- Exposure toGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads
- Basic SEO/SEM understanding
- Experience in real estate or similar industry is an added advantage.
