Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (Fresher) who is eager to learn, communicate effectively, and support customers throughout their journey with us. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will receive training and hands-on exposure to customer communication, project coordination, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned customers under guidance from senior team members
  • Communicate with customers via email, calls, and meetings
  • Understand customer requirements and relay them clearly to internal teams
  • Track customer requests, tickets, and ongoing tasks
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions
  • Assist in preparing status updates, meeting notes, and reports
  • Ensure customers are informed about progress and next steps
  • Help maintain customer records and documentation
  • Learn to handle escalations and customer concerns professionally

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Any discipline IT, Business, or Management)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role
  • Basic understanding of email etiquette and professional communication
  • Comfortable using computers and tools like MS Excel, Google Docs, etc.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a team and follow processes

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Internship or project experience in customer handling or coordination
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, software development.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, CRM, or ticketing systems
