Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Client Servicing professional specializing in Exhibitions and Conferences. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing end-to-end service delivery for events. Additional duties involve collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements, coordinating logistical details, resolving client queries, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience throughout the event lifecycle.

• Proficiency in ensuring a seamless and high-quality Customer Experience during exhibitions and conferences
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities for coordinating logistics effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with event management and knowledge of the exhibitions or conferences industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
