The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and some hands-on experience in valuation or related fields. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the valuation of properties, infrastructure, and civil works.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys as part of the valuation process.
- Support senior engineers and valuation experts in data collection and report preparation.
- Analyze construction costs, materials, and labor to provide accurate valuations.
- Maintain and update project documentation and valuation records.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for site visits and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Continuously update technical knowledge related to civil engineering and valuation methods.
