Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Jr. Associate (Client Experience & Front Office Sales) located in Bhubaneswar. The associate will be responsible for handling inquiries, assisting with memberships, supporting renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with members. The role also involves guiding potential clients through services and encouraging membership sign-ups through effective communication and engagement.
You will act as the
primary point of contact for prospective and existing members at the Front Desk, ensuring that every interaction contributes to client satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Support & Soft Sales
- Assist prospective members with membership information and enrollment.
- Encourage membership sign-ups through effective communication and service explanation.
- Support membership renewals by reminding members and guiding them through renewal processes.
- Maintain records of memberships, attendance, and payments.
Front Desk & Client Interaction
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations and ensure a smooth client check-in experience.
- Welcome members and visitors while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and WhatsApp communication.
- Guide new visitors about studio services, classes, and membership options.
Client Relationship & Experience
- Build positive relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.
- Address member concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Collect feedback from members and share insights with the management team to improve service quality.
Coordination & Studio Operations
- Coordinate with coaches, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Ensure the studio environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming for members.
- Monitor basic studio supplies and report any operational requirements.
Community Engagement & Events
- Support the planning and execution of studio events, workshops, and member engagement activities.
- Encourage member participation in studio initiatives and community programs.
Record Keeping & Transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client data, memberships, attendance logs, and financial transactions.
- Process payments, maintain billing records, and assist with membership renewals.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Qualification: Graduate degree in Management, Science, Social Work, Hospitality or any similar degree.
Experience: Prior experience in Client relationship, Sales, administrative roles, or fitness industry will be a plus.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive.
- Familiarity with membership management systems is a plus.
- Basic financial transaction handling skills (processing payments, invoices, and reconciliations).

- A Telephonic/Personal Interview of qualified candidates will be conducted with the shortlisted candidates.
- A final round of interviews with the founders will be conducted.
- Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.
