Preparing Architectural and interior drawings as guided by the Principal Architect or the Project Manager.
Reviewing & designing architectural and interior drawings when asked.
Ensuring all drawings are compliant to Client requirements and site conditions
Researching and maintaining knowledge of various materials, application methods & specifications.
Monitoring the work of Subordinate Architects & making recommendations or scheduling meetings as required.
Providing guidance to Sit Engineers, supervisors & Contractors like Plumber, Electrician, etc. and help them interpret the drawings and documents.
Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that the project requirements are met.
Preparing BOQs for projects, and reviewing Measurements shared by Vendors/ Contractors.
Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Acting as a mentor to new architects and helping them fine tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
Networking and consulting various industry professionals.
