About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and thoughtful Junior Architect to join our team.
This role is perfect for a creative individual who loves the intricacies of residential architecture—specifically bungalows and independent houses.
You will be responsible for bringing architectural visions to life, from initial floor plans to high-end 3D visualisations.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning:
Create thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing floor plans and elevations for premium bungalows and independent houses.
Visualisation: Develop high-quality 3D renders and immersive walkthroughs to help clients visualise their future homes.
Technical Documentation: Produce precise architectural drawings and details required for on-site execution.
Software Mastery: Seamlessly navigate through design and rendering workflows to maintain high project standards.
Software Proficiency:
Must be well-conversant in AutoCAD, Revit, Vray, and Lumion. Familiarity with other related design tools is a plus.
Creative Mindset: A strong eye for design, proportion, and residential trends.
Experience Level: While we value experience, we are open to Freshers who can demonstrate the relevant technical know-how and a strong portfolio
