Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a good, experienced Jr. Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in core accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting various accounting and compliance tasks, including aspects of import and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Management: Handle sales and purchase invoice booking accurately and efficiently.
  • Cash & Bank Operations: Process bank receipts and payments diligently.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Expense Management: Ensure timely and accurate booking of all expenses.
  • Banking Correspondence: Manage banking correspondence effectively.
  • Import & Export Documents: Assist in preparing import & export documents.
  • Tax Knowledge: Possess working knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • Document Filing: Maintain organized and efficient filling of documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
