Role Description

This full-time Junior Accountant position is based on-site at our New Delhi location and entails a 2-year bond contract. The Junior Accountant will handle a variety of accounting duties, such as processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. Additionally, the role will involve managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP or similar platforms) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial decision-making
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in accounting within the e-commerce or related industries will be an advantage
