Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Assist in developing basic dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI under guidance of senior analysts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate simple reports for business users.
• Participate in team meetings to understand data needs and contribute insights.
• Document data processes and maintain reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, and Partner Managers to gather reporting requirements.
• Support internal data management tasks, CRM data entry, and accuracy checks.
