Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Job Title position at Roastery Coffee House. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations aligned with providing exceptional customer service, assisting in the preparation and service of high-quality coffee, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the caf runs smoothly. The role also involves collaborating with the team to enhance guest experience and uphold the company's values of quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills: Ability to provide excellent service and interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Coffee Knowledge and Preparation: Familiarity with coffee preparation methods, equipment, and commitment to quality standards in service.
• Organizational and Time Management skills: Effectively organize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team-oriented approach to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the collaborative spirit of the caf.
• Additional benefits: Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is advantageous. A passion for coffee and knowledge of sustainable practices is a plus.
