Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities of this role include managing daily logistics operations, coordinating with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless engagement with the trucker community, and improving last-mile connectivity. The role also involves optimizing logistics workflows, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in logistics operations, distribution management, and last-mile delivery
• Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in coordinating with operational teams, drivers, and truckers
• Ability to analyze and optimize logistics processes for efficiency
• Familiarity with leveraging technology to improve logistics and urban distribution
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the e-commerce, FMCG, or logistics industries is preferred
• Prior experience in urban logistics or vehicle aggregation is an asset
• Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is a plus
