Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Job Title. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the progress of assigned projects. Tasks may include project planning, resource allocation, maintaining communication with clients to address their specific requirements, and aligning work with sustainability goals. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project planning, coordination, and resource allocation
  • Strong understanding of sustainable building materials and energy-efficient practices
  • Ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Background in architecture, construction, or sustainability is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and an understanding of regulatory compliance in sustainable construction practices preferred
