Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Design Lead at ABout Design. The selected candidate will manage the design process from concept through completion, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure project outcomes align with the company's vision of creativity, functionality, and sustainability. Responsibilities include creating architectural and interior design concepts, developing detailed project plans, and overseeing project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards. Candidates will also contribute to the innovation of sustainable practices and effectively manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and creating functional yet aesthetic layouts
• Strong skills in interior design, color theory, material selection, and furnishings
• Knowledge and experience in sustainability-focused design practices and green building principles
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modeling tools
• Strong project management abilities, including budget management, time management, and resource allocation
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients while leading projects effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Experience in high-end or luxury design projects is a plus
