Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune District. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing design projects, creating and reviewing architectural concepts, and producing high-quality deliverables. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, working on construction documentation, and ensuring sustainable design principles are applied. Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and participating in project reviews will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and visualization tools like 2d, BIM, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and local building codes/regulations.
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and collaborative work environments.
• Excellent skills in detailing, documentation, and quality control for designs.
• Creativity, problem-solving, and strong time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience with high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred but not mandatory.
