The team functions as a strategic partner to clients, helping them position their profiles, apply effectively, and navigate the overseas job market with confidence.

Your Role: Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Executive Job Search Services
As a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Executive, you will serve as the key facilitator of a client's overseas job search journey. You will understand their professional background, research relevant global openings, and apply strategically to roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
Through email, calls, and coordinated job submissions, you will transform uncertainty into hopeand hope into opportunity.
You won't just be applying for jobs.
You'll be enabling global careers.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and apply for suitable international job opportunities based on client profiles.
Develop tailored job search strategies using job portals, company websites, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Understand unique client qualifications and match them to relevant global roles.
Review resumes for alignment with job requirements and suggest improvements where needed.
Manage large-scale job applications across multiple digital platforms.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients via email and phone.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on employer responses when required.
What We're Looking For What We're Looking For
Education:
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
Skills:
Strong sourcing and posting capabilities across multiple job platforms.
Ability to understand diverse industries, functions, and job levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proficiency with MS office and internet research tools
Strategic mindset for planning role-specific job search campaigns.
Soft Skills Required:
High attention to detail and accuracy
