Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical support for desktop systems and applications
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Assisting users with technical problems and escalating complex cases
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Maintaining documentation of technical issues and resolutions
