Job Title: Export Executive / Export Manager Food Products
Qualification: MBA (Preferred: MBA in International Business / Marketing)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export operations for food products.
- Coordinate with international buyers, distributors, and logistics partners.
- Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Health Certificates, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and country-specific requirements.
- Handle negotiation, pricing, and order finalization with overseas clients.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track consignments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain communication with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies.
- Develop new export markets and expand global customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Resolve export-related operational issues and maintain records for audits.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of food product export regulations (FSSAI, APEDA guidelines, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in documentation international logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
Experience
- Prior experience in export of food products is mandatory (Minimum 35 years preferred).
