Job Description: Remote Photo Editor (HDR-Focused, Real Estate)

Role Overview:

We're hiring a versatile Photo Editor with strong real estate editing skills.

The primary responsibility is high-volume HDR processing (150 images/day).

In addition, the editor should be capable of handling advanced edits like sky replacement and decluttering when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary (Daily Production)

Process 150 HDR images/day

Merge bracketed images into natural-looking HDR outputs

Maintain:

Accurate exposure

Clean white balance

Consistent tone across batches

Avoid HDR artifacts (halos, over-processing)

Secondary (Lower Volume / As Needed)

Sky replacement (natural lighting + edge blending)

Decluttering / object removal (wires, distractions)

Advanced color correction

Minor retouching when required

Requirements:

1–2 years of photo editing experience

Strong proficiency in:

• Lightroom (HDR merge, batch processing, presets)
• Photoshop (masking, compositing, retouching)
• Ability to consistently deliver 150 HDR images/day
• Understanding of real estate editing standards
• Attention to detail (clean edges, realistic output)
